– Gate, Globe, Knife gate stems, which mainly have an ACME thread, are used in various applications, and we are in a particular area of expertise.
– Gate, Globe, Knife gate stems are manufactured from materials such as Stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, duplex, super duplex, Inconel alloys, Monel alloys, titanium etc.
– Our size range from as small as 3/8”-12 Acme to 4”-2ACME Single and Multi start threads, Stem Maximum Diameter by 200 mm up to 3 metres in length.
– All of our valve stems up to 1000 mm are finish turned using a CNC lathe, to a tolerance of + / – 0.02mm with a surface finish of 0.4 to 0.8.
– Above 1000mm are machined is Conventionla machinery up to 3000 mm in Length.

Our size range from as small as 3/4”-12” ie 10 to 200 mm diameter by up to 1000 mm in length. All of our valve stems up to 1000 mm are finish turned using a CNC lathe, to a tolerance of + / – 0.02mm with a surface finish of 0.4 to 0.8.

All thread Bars is available from stock in High tensile, stainless steel and exotic materials including Duplex, Super Duplex & Nickel alloys in UNC and Metric thread forms.
In addition non stock Threaded Bar can be produced with in-house thread rolling capacity up to 4” (100mm) Dia including, UNF & Metric Fine type thread forms.
Threaded Bars can be supplied and manufactured in any length from 1 to 3 metres.
